How far along? 19 weeks (and 2 days today)
Baby's size: He is roughly 6 inches from crown to booty and weighs about 8.5 ounces.
Total weight gain/loss: I'm thinking 5ish pounds.
Stretch marks? Nope. Bio Oil and I are tight.
Sleep? It's improved a lot the last few weeks. I still get up to tinkle just about every night, but I usually go right back to sleep. I've been exhausted.
Maternity clothes? Other than a few shirts, I'm in all maternity clothes.
Best moment this week: Clay put his ear to my belly last night and could hear the sounds. Even though he couldn't feel Bryson's movement, he was able to tell when he moved just by the sound.
Worst Moment: I'm drawing a blank here. I can't think of a thing.
Cravings: My cravings are all suggestive- I usually see something and want it. I have wanted a lot of salt lately and that's just not like me.
Symptoms: Not really. I still have some food aversions/nausea, but nothing too bad. I have absolutely no depth perception, which I've read is very common in the second trimester because your center of gravity changes so much. Steps are basically off-limits because I'm already clumsy enough as is.
Miss Anything? Sleeping on my belly. I never really did it often, but it was a good change from my sides.
Movement: Little man is moving like crazy. I feel him really low still and it's becoming pretty frequent. When Clay and I carry on a conversation, he really starts moving.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Meat. Gag.
Moody: Not really. I'm still crying at Hallmark commercials like I always have.
Wedding Rings On or Off? On
Sex: Boy!!
What is baby up to? He's growing like a weed! Not only are his bones starting to harden, but he's also getting some fat on him now. I'm so ready to see those little chubby fingers and knees! :) B-Man's brain is becoming more complex and is developing pockets that specialize in taste, hearing, vision and even touch. His outer ears have developed enough so he can pick up outside noises, including our voices.
I had a Pottery Barn gift card left over from our wedding that I was never going to use. I decided to use it at Pottery Barn Kids and got B-Man a pillow and a diaper bag.

My sweet friend, Christy, owner of Yarn Over Little Rock sent Bryson the cutest hat. Tell me this isn't the cutest thing you've ever seen. I HIGHLY suggest you check out her shop. She's my favorite Etsy seller by far!

We get to see our little guy one more time next week. This should be the last ultrasound we have, so the next time we lay eyes on Bryson, he'll be in our arms! I have faith that next week's scan will show he's perfectly healthy and developing right on time!

You should do a 4D ultrasound if your doctor's office offers it. I'm going Tuesday for mine and they say it shows what the baby looks like!!! You have the cutest baby bump. I know the feeling about carrying low, Konnor stays so low now that it gets hard to walk. But yay for no stretch marks and good sleep! :)
