| Nothing makes a huge pregnant girl sad quite like seeing her old body. Ha |

Baby's size: The average baby is roughly 18 inches long and 4.7 pounds.
Total weight gain/loss: At the last appointment, I had gained 24 pounds. Not too shabby.
Stretch marks? I have one tiny one on my hip. I'm fine with hips, let's just stay away from the belly, please.
Sleep? Eh, our little guy likes to cuddle with my bladder at night night time, so I'm up 2-3 times a night at least. I wake myself up grunting to roll from side to side too. Clay also says I've picked up some weird snore/breathing hybrid.
Best moment this week: I had two INCREDIBLE showers last week. I have some unbelievably amazing friends and coworkers. Bryson is one loved little boy. I'll definitely be blogging about those this week.
Worst Moment: I really have nothing to complain about!
Cravings: Still coleslaw- finely chopped with mayo. Mmmm. Strawberries are making a big comeback too.
Symptoms: Upper back pain. Surprisingly, my lower back has been fine, but my upper back is killing me. When I blow my nose in the morning, I'm still getting some blood. I've had frequent headaches again and am exhausted, of course. After 9:00 each night, I get restless foot (not leg, just the foot) aaaand have slight heartburn on occasion.
Miss Anything? Laying on my belly. I want to so, so, so bad. I will also never take breathing for granted again.
Movement: All. The. Time. His movements feel very different now that he's getting so big, but his little booty pops up around my belly button a lot. He's started stretching now- his booty will pop up to the left and I'll feel his little hand hit my right hip bone.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Meat. Gag me.
Moody: Nope, not really.
Wedding Rings On or Off? Still on and comfy.
Sex: Baby boy!
What is baby up to? He has settled into his final position- he's head down! His digestive system is fully mature and the digestive enzymes in his gut are working. He's basically just packing on weight and his brain is continuing to develop. Otherwise, he's good to go!
Labor signs? Nope, nothing yet.

You look gorgeous! I have been MIA for awhile but I am really excited to meet him!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you - I hate that I cannot fit into the clothes I bought myself for this summer when they were on sale in the fall. I lost a bunch of weight and was looking forward to the summer. Oh Well. I am 32 weeks pregnant and I definitely miss sleeping or laying on my tummy. That is at the top of my list of things to do after baby is born! lol
ReplyDeletegirl don't even stress you will bounce back so fast. With breastfeeding (if you choose to do that) and running around taking care of a baby plus mixed with the healthy way you guys eat you will look like that in a swim suit in no time. Either way you look great now too and 24 lbs is GREAT! With my first I gained like double that! YIKES!
